Carder works on a sliding scale with some of his clients in order to accommodate their individual needs. He accepts checks and cash for his services.
Carder does not accept insurance but depending upon your insurance policy and carrier, you may be reimbursed partially or fully for the services you receive. It is best to contact your carrier for their reimbursement schedule.
